Sig, you can adjust them so that you block out most of the background noise. There are preset programs that will do that as well. I think the restaurant program is one of them.
I know. That said, I'm not adjusting them while I'm driving LOL added, at least for myself, blocking out background noise only seems to work for certain applications. Wind or air movement doesn't seem to be one of them.

As noted, only in certain work trucks and my personal truck do I have this issue.

If driving a car, no problem what so ever.

No, don't adjust them. You have a pre-saved program and you just switch to that when you get in the truck or noisy situation.
