Also I live in norteastern Ohio ( Ashtabula)..wonder if there's a dealer or parts supplier Ohio/Pennsylvannia..And can there be a starting problem come winter..Or are the glow plugs enough..I will have in in the barn and not exposed..But the barn is not heated?

Welcome to TBN. I would suggest that when you are starting a new thread, make the title a bit more descriptive.

"More from Newbie" does not tell a thing about what the contents of your post contains. Something more along the line of "Looking for Parts Supplier in OH/PA" would be better.

Used tiller (on your other post) about $5-600 for a pretty good one and many dealers on TBN stock them. Aftermarket block heaters, or magnetic block heaters are available at better autoparts stores.

Turff Tires and rims can be very expensive and, unless you are doing highly manicured lawns with golf course like results, then I would stay with what you have or consider less aggressive ag style tires.
