Mods for my LS 232

Finally, I got all the planned Mods for my 232H Premium complete.
Raised the seat up.
Two rear remotes.
Top & Tilt.
3 X Multiplier.
3rd function up front for the grapple.

That's a pretty good idea how to raise the seat, I'll have to keep that in mind.

What 3rd function kit did you go with and what grapple... I'm getting ready to pull the trigger but the cost for the 3rd function kit has my eyebrows curled.

I first identified the metric bolt, then went and bought the longest metric bolt I could and sized the aluminum sleeve to be a tight fit. Using the long bolt, I had to loosen other seat brackets to get it in place. I used a stop on my chop saw to make sure all the spacers were the same length. I thought it would be impossible to get all four bolts simultaneously, so I used O-rings on the bolt to hold the washer, spacer, and bolts in place while lifting the seat into position. The O-ring trick worked fairly well.

$300 part #40546530 for the LS 232 premium, I don't know if it is the same part number for whatever tractor you may have. Kit includes hard lines and quick connects on both ends. The grapple is from LS as well, MCG1154A, 54" rake grapple.

I used the LS parts finder to find which kit part# I needed then had the dealer confirm it was correct.

Good job with the modifications, particularly with the seat height. What a creative way to lift it.
