Moderator approval?

I got one of those the other day too. I re-read my post to make sure I had not said anything I shouldn't have. It was pretty benign. Seems a bit over the top.

I've got those too on the Summit section of the forum. Not sure why messages have to be approved there.

Ummmm, "which" advertisers? o_O
No idea. I was having the same issue last week, with my posts being flagged, so I asked and the answer I gave above was basically what I learned.

Sounds like TractorByNet needs better advertisers
That'd be nice! But I don't think that TBN subscribes individual advertisers. I suspect they use one of the various advertising brokerage services that are aimed at forums like this. Those brokerage services look at the forum content, sum it up into a demographic, and then push an array of advertisers based on that demographic assessment. It's the reason you see more advertisements here for tools and tires, than for cookware and lingerie... not that I'd mind a little of the latter.

Same. I think one of my posts was discussing Automatic Transmission Fluid, and I made the mistake of using the acronym... which happens to be the same acronym used by one of our favorite government agencies.

I suspect this will have to get better as time goes on, as there's no way @Muhammad wants to have to keep proof-reading and manually approving all of these posts. They probably just need some time to fine-tune the filters, a bit better.

If sears really did set it off, that's absurd. The company is a hallmark of american history.
I would guess sear as in autosear aka G lock switch. All the fear mongering now, but been around many years. Of course now anyone can print one with 3D printer.
