Model Year?

Does anyone know how to tell what model year or build date for a given Kubota tractor? I have been looking at some used tractors and there seems to be current vs non-current model year but I was wondering if there was a definitive way to trace the build/model year specifically for Kubota?

Kubota Tractor Corporation - Prior Tractor Models
will tell when it was INTRODUCED, which may be the site you found. But I haven't found a VIN decoder.

Looks like the L39 is a newer/current model (prior was L35?) and therefore not on the list. I'm looking at a used machine and wanted to confirm the year manufactured.

I'll do some more digging......

Tractordata.com and Tiscoparts.com list serial number runs and years made for some tractors. Although neither has serial numbers for the L39. You would be best off by just calling a Kubota dealer with the serial number and they could give you the info on it.
