In the vein of the mfg chart posting to this forum...does anyone know of charts that trace tractor and implement models? Im particularly interested in Ford and NH tractors & small sq. balers. Ive gleaned some here and there but it sure would be neat if it was all in one place. I believe the 40series became the TS which is now the T7000? I think I have that right. What preceded the 40series?

The 40 series replaced the upper end of the 10 series (6710,7710, 8210) and the 8530, according to a book I have titled "A Century of Ford and New Holland Farm Equipment". It is a pretty good source of info, particularly on New Holland balers and other harvesting equipment. I believe Amazon has it, I purchased mine from Diamond Farm Book Publishers: Home Page!, an excellent source for farm and ag books as well as videos and DVDs.

What a coincidence! I just recieved a book in todays mail from Diamond Farm Books. It's a book on "Match Ploughing". Now I just need someone to translate "English" into English. (Those wild and crazy Brits )

I've bought several books from them on Ford and New Holland, as well as Deere. Gotta work on the DVDs and videos next. It's a pretty good source, one Ford book had been out of print for several years, this was the only place I found it.
