Can anyone help me in finding a maintenance manual for this
tractor? Its 3 cyl, 2wheel drive. The brakes are frozen up and I seem to be having a problem getting them apart.

I'd say search for member lens12 profile, he has most manuals available. But I can't find how to do a search on a profile now, after the new upgarde to the site.

Not sure what you mean by frozen up or why you can't get them apart, but I would start by saturating the linkage going into the brake housings with a good penetrating oil, if no luck, remove the bolts and gently pry the brake housing covers off with a putty knife or other suitable tool. By the way they are separate modules, make sure you have the pedals disconnected from each other. Maybe only one is stuck.

I had a YM1110D that had the brakes completely locked up. I couldn't remove the covers because the covers have the shoes mounted to them, and the shoes were bonded to the drums. I had to drag the tractor around with my car until the brakes broke free. Then everything came apart easily.

Greg, I would assume that is caused by storing for extended periods with the emergency brake engaged. Not a good thing, I suppose.

No, actually the brakes were working when I pulled the tractor into the garage to rebuild the engine and front axle. They were dragging and making alot of noise, but they were working. When I got it back together, I couldn't budge it. When I finally got the brakes free and took them apart - there was a glaze where the brakes and drums were in contact - even with the brakes off during storage. Now I have to admit that it was over a year sitting there, and its possible that there was moisture in there from before I got the tractor.
