I have a b7610 which during the winter I remove the mmm because of snow clean up.on my b7610 the arms underneath that attach to the mower go up and down when I lower and raise my 3point hitch arms.is there any way these can be locked up and can the 3point hitch arms be locked up.

Check the cutting height selector knob. Some have a "top" setting which would accomplish what you want. Otherwise use the highest setting. I'm not familiar with your model of tractor or if it has such a knob. Let us know

There are tabs with holes that line up ( with a little persuasion ) when the deck is raised. The deck can be pinned in the raised position and still allow operation of the 3PH. The tabs are towards the rear of the deck. Not very easy to get to, but doable. If you don't see what I mean, I'll try to post a couple of pics, I have the same machine.

Thanks I'll try that

I misspoke. I just went and took a peek under the tractor. The tabs are at the front of the deck. The tabs on the tractor are right behind the FEL frame. They are right where the drag arm that goes to rear of the deck attaches to the tractor.

Take the mower deck off and you can fix the mower deck arms in the "raised" position. There is a pin on each side where the mower deck arms raise up toward the underside of the tractor. This pin has a ring that holds it onto a metal tab. Take the ring off the pin, slide the pin out, rotate the tab downward, raise the 3pt hitch so that the mower arms raise all the way up, push the arm the rest of the way up by hand until the hole in the arm lines up with the hole in the metal tab, re-insert the pin, and re-attach the ring to the hole in the pin. Repeat for the other side.
I probably didn't describe this too clearly so I hope you can figure it out. But this will keep the mower lift arms from lowering with the 3pt when you don't want them to. This is what I do with my B7610 when I use my backhoe, brushhog, or any 3pt implement that I have to raise and lower. I always remove the mower deck too. Sure, you can pin the deck up as another poster mentioned, but there really isn't much ground clearance and I wouldn't want to risk bending a lift arm or something else when taking the tractor "off the lawn".

cdaledave is absolutely right. I misread the original post, so yes the deck can be pinned up as I said, but that wasn't the question. Sorry 'bout that.

With the deck removed, if desired, you can fix the deck lifts to the tractor with the "Z" plates at the rear deck pin end. You know what they are because they have TWO pins thru them and they are "silver" colored typically, while the arms are Orange. The smaller pin is pulled to allow the lever to pivot and then the small pin is used to secure the arm to the tractor in the raised position.

This does NOT affect the rear lift arms at all.
