mitsibushi D2350 hydraulic problem

my rear lift stopped working...we changed fluid, cleaned filter, filled back up and still didn't work...we removed the top of the case looking for problems but could not find anything out of the ordinary

the front bucket seems to work as it should although the pressure seems to me to be low when you crack open a pressure line...

but there is virtually no pressure at the back of the tractor to raise the 3 pt hitch

any ideas suggestions will be greatly appreciated

I have had a similar problem twice. Both times it was a small piece of trash in the 3 point relief valve and it was being held open.
