Millermatic 211 vs. Hobart Handler 210MVP

Can't go wrong with a Miller. I had a old Millermatic 200 Mig I bought over forty years ago for $1375. I recently purchased a new MillerMatic 255 strictly for aluminum mig welding. I liked it so much I sold my old 200 mig to make room for a second MillerMatic 200 for metal work only. I sold my old original MillerMatic 200 mig for $1300 over 40 years from the original purchase date!! I had multiple buyers after it. That should tell you something. Parts and supplies are everywhere for Millers. They pretty much are the standard for competition.

Long term I'd say you'll get your monies worth out of the miller. But really long term I might look at a 220 for a significant upgrade from a the Hobart 140.
I own a pare of 220`s and love them! I use the AlumaPro push pull gun and can damn near mig weld aluminum that looks like big welds

Fixed it for ya. I like the EASB pulsed MIG myself. Have a pair of Hobart 210's and they are used in a semi production arena and neither have ever given any issues what so ever. Excellent wet out and nice welds with 030 solid wire and 75-25 gas. Only downside is, neither will take an 80 pound spool.
