MF GC2410 Coolant Leak

I have an MF GC2410 that has a coolant leak and I don't know how to fix the leak. As you can see by the picture the leak is just above the green coolant. It is coming from what appears to be an aluminum covered bolt that is just above the throttle cable on the left side of the motor. The cover over the bolt moves but I don't know how to get the cover off to see what is going on and I don't want to break anything in the process of removing the cover.

Does anyone have a shop manual that can give me some direction on identitfing the leak?

Lower Radiator Hose was rubbing on the throttle linkage, replaced hose adjusted hose away from throttle linkage, problem solved...
