mf 860 backhoe gear problem

hello,
i have this 1994 mf860(fermec) backhoe. i have a problem with the transmission.
in forward i almost cant move at all, i have to use high engine rpm to start moving. in reverse there is no problem at all. i noticed that when i just starting the tractor when it is still cold, the problem is better. when it got hot - it get worst...
any suggestions???
