Hi i own a mf 590
It has a perkins 4 cyl
Bore:98
I would like to know how to make it more powerfull cause it is so lazy
I would like to know if i can make it more powerfull without fitting a turbo kit
But even if i need to fit a turbo kit
What should i change (internals )

It is possible your tractor is just "tired". Given the vintage you may want start with a compression test.

As Roadworthy says, compression test for starters, then maybe a dyno test. How many hours are on the clock, at 8000 + you would expect the engine to be getting tired.
What work are you trying to do? If all your horses are present then you may be at the tractors limit.
Before you change internals check that the naturally aspirated models are the same as the turbo models, often they are not and are cost prohibitive to upgrade.
