I have a leak on the orbital steering control valve. The steering fluid is coming from the steering shaft where the spline for the steering wheel is. Can anyone tell me how to get to the seal and replace it? I have the steering wheel off but it looks to me like the only way to replace the seal is to completely remove the whole control valve and take it apart from the bottom. Is this right?
