Check the negative terminal on the battery maybe? Could have possibly wiggled itself loose, or corroded a bit ...

Otherwise, are all your fuses good?

there is no power to the fuse bar. but ther is power to the starter power terminal and the slow burn fuse next to it.

Battery terminals can look great and still be a problem. Take both off, use round battery brush on terminals and clamps. Then before putting them back on put a good coat of dielectric grease all over them.

cleaned both terminals but still nothing. problem is there is no voltage getting to fuse panel thus no ignition, lites etc.

There should be a slow blow fuse near the battery as well as the slow blow near the starter. The one near the battery feeds the power to the fuse bar and all the accessories. My 1240 has the electrical schematic in the owners manual. If you have your owners manual you should look in it. Short of that you should trace the cable from the battery terminal to all connectors. Disconnect the positive lead from the battery and use a continuity meter to check for an open in the wire harness. I'd start at the slow blow next to the battery.
