you might have a rag or something floating around in there getting on the suction line. we once found a 2by12 in a 747 fuel tank. doctors sometimes leave tools in people. hydrolic pumps will get loud when they are working hard. im assuming you didnt remove any check valves during the service. usually something like this is easy to find if you can get to it to look at it. inspect resivoir for debris "where your suction line is", find any check valves in system on suction or pressure side and look in them for debris and make sure they are not in backwards.
does this happen only with loader or also when you raise 3pt hitch?

Have you spoke to your dealer about calling the AGCO service rep about this problem?

Well I got it fixed. The problem was the lower screen. After I soaked it for a day and a half in gasoline I still could see that it was not really clean (it had some weird material impregnated in the screen pores). I ordered a new one from a different dealer and picked up new fluid and a new spin on hydraulic filter. I put the new filters in and topped it off and with great hesitation started it up. It started up and there was zero noise and everything worked fine (steering was perfect and 3 pt hitch worked perfect) I hooked up my mower and cut the grass (takes a couple of hours). I got real brave then and put the FEL on. Again it worked perfectly. No noise no stutter nothing just like when it was brand new. I only noticed the smallest of metal fillings on the screen and I don't think the pump is damaged. I am not going to replace it. I can't wait to tell the dealer that I don't need the pump. Thanks to all for everthing.

Can you tell us anything about the material that was on the filter?

Okay. Best guess. It looks like a dust bunny when settled at the bottom of the container that the filter was soaking in(the material that I managed to scrub off). It was a greyish / black color. It think that it might be rubber from a seal or a coupler oring or such because it was not broken down by the gas and it had enough durability to not be sucked through the screen. It was probably not metal. I tried to attract it with a magnet(assuming some ferrous content). Rubber would also explain the high degree of flow restriction. I still have the old one soaking and the material is still unaffected although the paint on the outer portion is starting to come off now. I might tear the filter apart to get a better look at it.

I would definitely keep a close eye on everything and if anything started acting funny or any strange noises started, I would get it to the dealer ASAP.

cool, its fixed.......sounds like the screen did its job. now you know what to look for if it ever does it again. you could clean the resevoir but i wouldnt unless it is a repetative problem.

I don't plan on having it long enough for any problems to develop. I'm working on trading it on something else.
Thanks to all for all your help.
