MF 135 serial number missing

I have a Massey Ferguson 135 with the Perkins gas engine that I cannot find the serial number on. The dash panel has holes where the plate would have been but no signs of a plate ever being there. It appears to have been restored many years ago, so may have been painted since removed. Number is not found under the battery tray area either. Does anyone have a pic of the number in that area so that I know exactly where to look? Also, are there any other ways to determine approximate year this is? I tried finding info on engine serial number but no good info is found except for later model perkins diesel numbers. Thank you for any help and advice.

Look on the bottom of the oil pan for the casting date.

I found the S/N for my 1964 MF135 diesel Deluxe on the battery tray support bracket.



You have to remove the air filter to see it.
