MF 135 hydraulic problems

see any spring clips in the sump housing?

I'm familiar wioth the older fergy system.. but not the 35/135...

Thanks but seem to have found the answer after phoning local MF dealer chandlers in stamford, UK
It is apparantly a grub screw that scews into the link arm cross shaft and locates in the "dogbone" groove that holds it in place
So this has broken off i guess as i didnt notice a hole

Anyway new one ordered along with seals and other bits we need so thanks
progress though means no top cover gasket, just tube of instant seal!!
still looking for a decent set of drawings althogh the ones on here are start

yech.. I hate gasket in a can... any orings around the high pressure line in the top cover?

yep ordered seals as well thanks
hoping relief is ok as its 44 quid from MF dealer although others do them for a tenner

if there are orings around the high pressure line, then they will do te job of sealing the pressure.. and the gasket in a can can just keep the dirt out of the sump, and make the lift cover glued down and nigh impossible for the next poor sole to remove

( but should work ok! )

In my opinion you would be better off getting a roll of gasket material an cut your own. Collapsable anttena material and pieces of thin wall tubing work really good for cuting the bolt holes and you can use these right in the holes for the piece your making.
