MF 1010 - Front Two Piece Wheels

Looking for any guidance on changing front tire (turfs) with two-piece wheels on my Massey 1010. I haven't been able to find torque specs for the nuts/bolts that hold the two halves together. I haven't taken apart yet, but tire is completely deflated. Any tricks to know about? Does the bead seat when you bolt back together? Tire has warning not to seat with more than 35psi or "fatalities may occur". Looks like a gasket between wheel halves?

Sorry if newbie question, just haven't dealt with this before.
