Try discount hydraulic hoses. They may have what you need. Other option may be a hydraulic hose shop in your area.

Is this a high pressure or low pressure hose?
Often people replace hoses when a leak occurs.
For fittings, if you need for a 6mm ID hose, you can probably get away with a barb designed for a 1/4" ID hose.
The last time I tried to get metric hoses made, I went to to the local CAT store, and they directed to a hydraulic only place. Neither liked my hoses and fittings.
It turns out my leaking line was a low pressure line. I ended up grinding the fittings off of the hose and put the fittings into some fuel line hose, slightly undersized with screw type hose clamps.
