Messick's Experience

Just wanted to share my experience regarding my recent purchase of a BX2660 from Neil Messick. We traded quite a few emails prior to my purchase and Neil answered all of my questions. The couple of times I called he was always available and gave me as much time on the phone as I needed.

When I was ready to pick up my machine it was prep'd properly, it was spotless and there were absolutely no "glitches" with my purchase whatsoever. Neil went over everything on the machine itself, he introduced me to the service and parts managers and got me set up with everything I need for my 50 hour service.

I paid a very competitive price for my tractor and as someone mentioned previously, there's a reason why Messicks is as big as they are. Very simply - they get it.

Congrats, Neil is a great guy and will always do what he can to help. I try to buy all my parts from him and hope to buy a tractor from him soon. I just wish he was closer so I could meet him in person one of these days.

I haven't made any big purchases, but Messick's has always been very helpful to me with small repair and service parts purchases.

Hi Connor,
I purchased my BX 25 from Messick's/Neil earlier this year. A little negotiation, and a deal was struck. Price was great!!! Phone calls were answered promptly, and correctly. Tractor arrived as scheduled. It was the easiest transaction. Questions I have had since have been answered promptly. Absolutely NO propblems with Messick's. I don't think you can go wrong with Messick's.

I bought L45 from Messick's on friday afternoon and they preped it & delivered it early Saturday morning. WOW what A great Machine & Great people to deal with.
On top of it on Monday which is today the sales Rep showed up to make sure I know how to operate this Machine. What a great Company to deal with.If Y'all need anthing call Loren Klingaman,

I too have bought parts from messicks, They are great people, very knowledgable and friendly. I need to make a road trip some day to see their inventory and meet them.
