I will write the letter; have it reviewed by a "friend"

Will mail it to all 3 parties plus myself registered mail (will have a record of my letter postmarked)

Cease and desist order

Will list damages they will be liable for if they don't comply

Will suggest alternative places to place the snow

Will get a survey in the spring

Will build a fence on that side

Unfortunate but necessary
