5 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp corn starch
5 Tbsp vinegar (cider vinegar or basalmic vinegar give it a slightly different flavor)
2 Tbsp ketchup
3 Tbsp molasses
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 cup water.
Combine ingredients into sauce pan and simmer on stove till it turns to a sauce.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine 1/3 cup of sauce with meat mixture. Bake in loaf pan for 30 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Then cover with rest of sauce mixture. Bake for another 30 minutes and serve.
Sauce can used for Sweet and sour chicken or pork as well.
I made meatloaf again last night. Twice in a week. I had not made it in months prior to this thread starting. Meatloaf sandwiches were for lunch. :thumbsup:
