Max 26XLT - Run In Procedure

The dealer delivered my new Max 26 yesterday and I'm trying to become familiar with it by reading the owner's manual. I don't quite understand the run-in procedure.

It states:

For the 1st hour:
engine speed control lever position - fully advanced - maintain engine speed 100RPM above full load governed speed

For 2nd to 5th hour
engine speed control lever - fully advanced - full load governed speed with occasional short periods of lighter load

What is full load governed speed?

Dealer would say your nuts to do this, but I'd keep the revs up. No rela need to go full bore, 2000 RPM fine I lug the crap out of mine.
