Massey or Allis for 60 acre farm?

The D 17 Allis does not have a 3 point rear. It uses Allis proprietary two point equipment. However there is still a fair amount of Allis implements out there. They do have plenty of power for what you want to do. It also has power adjust rear wheels to narrow and widen the rear end. They have short rear tires and do run out of traction before they run out of power. They are dead simple and easy to run tractors. I would be more leaning towards the Massey with the Perkins diesel. Three point rear and that sweet little Perkins diesel that just plain runs and runs.
