Hello TBN

So the marker / tail lights on my 4300 are gone... I am looking at different replacement options and am wondering if you guys had any good ideas on replacements. I will more then likely be mounting them INSIDE the ROPS. If I go with OE Deere there are a few options I have come up with.

The factory all amber / amber/red lights are 34$ each plus tax and that seems pretty steep to me (PN's: LVA14365 LH & LVA14366 RH), found on 4x00, 3x20, and 2x20. (A note that the new version of these have reflectors and the old ones don't).

And the two piece red, amber, and black version off 4x10/4x20... These are considered "enhanced turning". What's crazy is these units are only 32$, 2$ less then the one piece and twice the light the 34$ units are. RH LVA14392 / LH LVA14391

Or larger ones off the larger open station series (75$, OUCH)

Then of course there are many other lights out there, and I do like to be different. I am considering lights from other tractor manufactures as well. What your favorite light? I like my equipment to look nice, but it's not all that important. I certainly like the idea of saving money and these Deere lights are up there in price.

These Massey lights look decent...

And I could also go with some inexpensive pedestal type lights...

With chrome bling bling maybe? lol (kidding)

Any other ideas??? I will handle the mounting and wiring of whatever... Please no ROPS lectures.

I recommend going with the original equipment. The way it was designed to look and operate.

Honestly for 70$ compared to 20$ , I think I would go with plan ol' pedestal lights over the Deere units. I am leaning toward the 4x10/20 units right now for 64$ but am interested to see what other lights are out there.

The plastic on the j.d. tail lights is fragile. Purchased 4 lens and decided to use a clear cover over the lens . Had some 1/4th clear plactic cut a pettern and sawed on band saw the covers.
Now almost never break a lens. also save the parts and glue together I use Goop glue will need longer screws to add to the thickness.
Worked for me hard to tell it has been done.

I will more then likely be mounting them INSIDE the ROPS.

I just bought my second pair of these lights for a 4300. They were
$30.75 ea from Bombergers in PA. They seem to be fairly well made,
but mounting them to the outside of the ROPS is asking for damage.
JD has put holes on both sides, so moving them to the inside is easy and
looks OK.
