I am looking for a owners manual or a copy of one for a kubota B7100 tractor. Please if you have one E-Mail and I will respond. Willing to cover the cost of copying, and shipping. Thanks

I have a B7100 manual scanned into word perfect. If you don't have that, let me know what format you have. I can convert it into almost any format. Think it'll work. The reason I asked the year, is that the early models didn't have hydrostatic. So, if your's is hydro, then this owners manual won't help you. It only covers 5100, 6100 and 7100 2 and 4 wheel drive. Let me know. I do have a service manual that isn't scanned in yet, but it does cover both gear and hydro models.

Also, the file is pretty big, 80 meg, so I'd have to break it up and zip it. Let me know if that would be a problem.

Keep the greasy side down.

There is a difference between the older gear drives and the newer hydrostatic drives; at least they have different operator's manuals.

If you have an older gear drive B7100D then I would recommend going to your local Kubota dealer and ordering one new [B7100D Operator's Manual Part Number: KU 66701-62901 (I paid $15.00 plus tax)]. This manual actually covers the B5100D, B5100E, B6100D, B6100E and B7100D. The "D" suffix indicates 4wd while the "E" suffix indicates 2wd.

You could do the same for the hydrostatic drives (B7100HST-D, B7100HSD-E, B7100HSD), only it would be a different manual and part number.

The manual numbers I have are -
Workshop Manual - 07909-70010
Operators Manual - 66701-6291-4
Parts List - 07909-50651 (Oct 1978) B7100D-P
If you need access to the odd page I can help
- I am not prepared to copy whole manuals

the tractor that i have is a hydro-2wheel drive. The only reason that i need the manual is that i think soneone has messed with the fuel pump and turned it up to get more horse power out of it. thanks for all the help.

You'll need a shop manual to get that level of information. The operator's manual gives very basic information about the operation of the tractor.

The B7100 is generally a very good tractor. You will want to become familiar with the B7100's "thermo-siphon" cooling system; it's a good system but very different from what you may be used to. The biggest caution is don't mix more that 50% antifreeze, and pre-mix before you pour it in. You can do a search on this board for information about this system; I have posted a lot about it.

Good luck,
Kelvin

if I could get a copy of that B7100 manual I sure would appreciate it. WORD would be best, but I'll take anything I can get.
I have a B7100 manual 6 speed. I am having trouble determing what the levers are on the right hand side, and how they work.

I have an HST manual but it is pretty worthless.

There are 3 levers. I guess one is HI_LO one is 4WD, and I cant guess what the other is. Also, I cant figure out the sticker that describes the various "creeping speed" combinations

Thanks in advance

The original post is 7 years old. Not sure if that particular guy will answer. I have a B6100 which is similar. On the right is the 2/4 wheel drive lever and the high/low lever. I cannot think of a third unless you mean the lever near the seat that controls the 3 point hitch.

Only posting so people who thread serach can find it.

The B6100 Owners manual available at Kubotabooks.com incorperates the B7100D. This covers the early model B7100 pre HST.
