I heard the recording this morning on the radio. Pretty amazing.

The dispatchers deserves much credit. It would have been easy to think this was a crank call and just hand up. She figured out something was not right and sent help. Dog did good. Dispatcher did good.

They never just hang up... One way or another someone is comming to the caller ID address, or the cellphone AGPS location that pops up on the dispatchers screen
