Have a 2012 4250 mahindra and the safety switch attached to the gear shifts is not allowing me to start the tractor. I have replaced the switch once and it is stopped working again. Any ideas?

Could we assume a fault in the original switch and the replacement also? I’m sure it’s not any physical damage you can see. Good luck Sir

I can try and replace again and maybe that will work

You have actually tested the switch (and related circuits) and know it's bad, or just assumed so because of the "no start"? If it's just a bad switch I know what I would do, but it's probably not politically correct to suggest it.

I had this happen in my 2018 last year, I replaced it and it was right as rain. Fingers crossed you get it figured out soon.

I'll say it. I'd just bypass that switch. Proceed at your own risk.
