Bought the 2538 3 years/385 hours ago, no problems other than replacing lousy seat. Looked at several comparable colors. Came down to engine, weight, warranty, and dealer in that order. No regrets, the Mahindra/TYM is a work horse.

I just bought a mahindra 2638 with backhoe (open station)
My neighbor has the 40 hp LS. His tractor has a cab. (Nice for plowing snow)
Although we haven't been able to compare them up close yet, they are both nice machines.
Both are easier on the wallet than green ones IMHO and I struggled with the treadle peddle on orange ones.
