That's a pretty good price on the Kioti CK30. I would second everyone else's recommendations that a slightly smaller machine might be more useful and practical but a bigger machine is more fun.

Make sure you are buying from a dealer that you like. The dealer can make a big impact on your overall satisfaction.

Don't forget to check out the Mahindra 2015 series. I think they are slightly bigger than the BX23 with the equivalent PTO HP. The Mahindra 2015 HST and the Kioti CK20HST are very close in specs. You should compate these two and consider also which dealer is going to give you the best service.

I agree the 2015hst or the ck20 would make a good choice for 3 acres, 2015 for the larger backhoe. But if you have your heart set on the 30hp range, have you looked at the Mahindra 3015? Same basic chasis as the 2615 but 30 hp turbo charged, 1350lbs lift capactiy with the loader as opposed to the 1050 lbs on the 2615. Also go with the dealer you feel will treat better.
