Mahindra Max 22 Won't turn over

Title of this post made me laugh. We moved from PA to Texas and are still hearing things that confuse me and make me scratch my head.
Neighbor says the old tractor won't crank.
Here I find out he meant won't start LOL.
I asked.. is the starter working? He said yes.
So I said so it is cranking but it's not starting?
He made a funny look.

OK, my problem with a new KIOTI 25CK. Engine would not start, the delar said to bypass the seat safety switch because that is a problem with this tractor! OK, no safety seat switch. My John Deer lawn tractor has a seat safety switch, that works. Also this tractor a 5 amp fuse that goes to the soloniod comes loose at times and the tractor will click but not start.

I had the same thing happen on my old max26. I got tired or trying to figure it out and just wired in a push button to the starter. Id turn my ignition on, wait for glow plugs, then push the button to start it.

Same on my Mahindra 1526 HST. I had or replace that positive terminal and paint the battery tray.
After that venture I replaced the battery with a larger AGM battery. No problems since then.

It has been mentioned before about the quick disconnect on the glow plug rail melting. Mine was melted when I got it, and when I read about it on here. I checked mine, and caused it to stop working. i cleaned it up and slid it back on. that was 8 months ago. Last couple times I went to start...

Even applying grease to the base of the posts is also a preventative.
There is also a battery terminal spray available that basically accomplishes the same thing that I think is shown in the kit you posted..

yep put on the rings and spray everything exposed and the issue is gone.
