Mahindra eMAX 22 issues?

I am looking at a used EMax 22 (missed a nice Max 25 with loader for 9500 new!) and it has very low hours on it - high 20s. I believe it is a late 2014 model with the single piston for the front loader.
Are there any known issues with this model and year? I thought there was a loader issue when they first came out? Also does the warranty transfer to a second owner as long as the warranty period is still in effect?
