I'm a tractor newbie.
I've got 20 really hilly acres - 2 or 3 to finish mow, some wide trails to keep clear, a driveway to maintain that keeps washing out, and some bushhogging that I want to do. Nothing is flat.
So far I've just hired out everything, but I'm thinking of starting to do it myself and am scouring craigslist.
I'd like something under 5K (with hog mower and blade). I'm thinking I need 25-50 HP diesel, ROPS, something that sits fairly low to the ground.
I see a Mahindra 575DI that seems to meet these broad specs and comes with a bushhog for 4K, but it's got 4000 hours on it. Is this way too many hours?
