You tried to jump it off or charge the battery? Im sure you have plenty of moisture in the air same as here in Tx. it can mess up connections and let a battery draw much quicker than 6 months. Id charge it up or put some cables to it

I'm looking right now into getting a good charger and a meter to try and solve some of these issues. Tomorrow I will try to jump it off of the other tractor to see what happens.

OK update.

13.55 amps to solenoid, and to alternator. Safety switches seem to be working, as I can knock out of gear or engage the pto...and nothing haopens. In both neutrals, and turning the key it still just spins and won't kick over. That's also with 200 amp starter hooked up as well.

Thoughts?? Not getting fuel?

Another update....

It's working.

Ended up taking one fuel line off at a time where it goes into injectors and cranking it until fuel came out. After doing both of them....it cranked right up. Now all I have to do is replace a battery terminal connector that the bolt broke in it.

So you saying the alternator is only putting out 13.55? while its running?

Once you fix the connection it could fix the problem but also make sure your belt isn't loose. It should be putting out around 14.5

That was not while running.
