mahindra 4110

I am looking to buy a Mahindra 4110. The problem is that there is a hole on the block at the first Cylinder. Everything else is great int the tractor. The oil and coolant is mixed in together. What is the best repair option for this and what is the cost of the tructor as it is and parts for the repair.
