Mahindra 4025

I have a Mahindra 4025 and the fuel line from the filter to the pump is leaking at the bottom crimp, can I just cut it there remove the crimp and slide the line over the tube and use a hose clamp to secure it, there seems to be enough length in the line to do this, but also will the flex line slide over the tubing?

yupp, pinch it, cut it , clam it.
