Mahindra 3510 wont start

I have a 2005 mahindra 3510. we have had an issue starting. We would have to pump the clutch several times while holding the key to get it to crank. My worker was using it yesterday and it cranked fine. tried to use it a few hours later and cannot crank it. We have also had issues of turning it off. have to put it in high gear hold brake and let clutch out to get engine to die to turn off.

any suggestons?
