Mahindra 3375 Mechanical Thumb

I have a Mahindra 4110 with a model 3375 backhoe. Its about 20 years old. Can anyone recommend a compatible mechanical thumb? Any thoughts on bolt on versus welded? It will mainly used for logging firewood on my property. Thanks.

This isn't the best pic but I made one out of half inch x2 inch steel made some points to penetrate the log.i first made it mechanical but wasn't happy with it some logs were impossible to pick up so I added a farm implement cylinder works so much better. But I don't know if you would have a hydraulic outlet to run it. I have to be extremely careful when curling the bucket against the log or it will bend the farm cylinder like a pretzel in a second dont ask how I know that lol
