Mahindra 3316 HST loses power

Starts but loses power then cuts out; at first would run 20-30 min before losing power; is not overheating; replaced fuel pump and filter; no sign of water/coolant in oil, no bubbles in coolant, no moisture coming out of exhaust; tried removing fuel cap to make sure it was venting; tried removing air hose at intake manifold to be sure air intake adequate; get black smoke at start up, but not after, this was typical before started running poorly; tried seafoam and diesel 911;

Sounds like you may have junk in the tank plugging up the hole.
Turn off the fuel, remove the fuel bowl, use the bowl or a can under the filter housing, turn the fuel on and see if it gravity feeds a good stream of fuel? if it just trickles out its got something plugging up the outlet at the bottom of the tank.

Thanks to both of you. Must have been a clog fuel hose. Cleaned everything out and I'm back in business.

You mentioned that it blows black smoke at start up , Does it still do that ? Mine blows black smoke when starting up but clears right up when it starts .
