If the forks are on the 3pt hitch, yes. If the forks are pinned onto the front loader, no.

Maybe not with the pallet forks. I have a hook on the top of my bucket and it picked up a 2,400lb concrete block. We had to chain a big water tank on top of a 6' disc for counter-balance but it stacked them blocks fine. Was right at the limit though. I would have to look at my manual to see what the actual specs are for the FEL and it's lifting ability. Not sure what the numbers are right off hand.

The loader is rated to 1600#. Front axle to a bit over 3000# capacity.
