Mahindra 2810 Shifting Problems

Good Afternoon everyone, I have been having issues with shifting my 2810 4x4 into reverse. It grinds a bit and would like to fix this issue. I have been content with it but want to not cause any more damage than necessary. I was wondering if there are any adjustments other than the linkage. I have looked at this but with no resolve. It seems to do it more when hot than when just getting started. Please any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the synchronizer might be getting worn out? may be not but could be.
