Looking to add hydraulics to the rear of my mahindra 2540..... anyone have any good information as far as parts and install go?

I can probably help you out. I built a true third function for my 2638. Pretty much same machine as yours.i had factory rear remotes installed. There not easy to reach to operate..... willing to help you out in any case!
