M807913 control module on 4100 tractor

Can anyone tell me what are the symptoms of a failed M807913 control module in the relay circuit? My 4100 just won't crank and the dash lights do weird things. I've replaced battery and ignition switch. Relays and switches test okay and wiring (including grounds) like good. Control module seems about the only thing left to check.

Thanks, Joe, I appreciate the offer. I ordered a 4100 tech manual a week ago but it still a few days from arriving. I've pretty well wrung the electrical system but getting nowhere. It's VERY frustrating. I'd like to get a jump on this, so if you still are willing to send the PDF my email is: randyschwanz@gmail.com.

The tractor is up in the north woods of Minnesota...40 miles from the closest semblance of a JD dealer. They aren't much help...mostly a JD L&G tractor dealer. Tech at the dealer where I bought the tractor (150 miles from tractor) is working with me but without being able to work on the tractor he's kinda stabbing in the dark too.
