M6800 Queston

Hi guys,
Been a member awhile, but haven't posted. I have a 2005 Kubota M6800 4WD with Ultra Cab II, A/C Bush Hog Front loader with about 36 hours on it. I have not been able to find a m6800 online for sale! did they not sell many of these ir do they just not come up for sale? I need to sell it, but having a hard time coming up with a price. I went to Iron Guides and bought an appraisal for $10, but not familiar with them and not sure how reliable the appraisal is. Any thoughts?

Tractorhouse has several M6800's for sale
With low hours, 4wd, Ultra Cab and loader, yours is probably near $30k.
