M5040 what transmisioon?

I would be cautious. At $17 K that's more than just a "real good price". I would have it checked over very well - there could be something wrong with it.

I was thinking the same thing.

The local JD dealer has a 2012 Kubota 4600, open station, 2wd with loader, gear transmission (center stick is 1-4 on an H), 300 hours for $17500. Other than being a little faded, it looks new. My friend just wants 4x4 rather than 2wd.
