M4900 / LA1002 Hydraulic Problem

Does anyone have a manual they could share showing the hydraulic hose routing for a LA1002?

While disconnecting my shredder yesterday to hook up a PHD, I noticed a lot of hydraulic fluid coming out from the sleeve that contains the hyraulic lines from the belly and rear of the tractor that route up to the loader control box.

When taking the hoses off to take them up to a local NAPA, they fell to the ground before I indexed the location.

I wasn't concerned because I thought that I had seen that the upper goes to the upper port, the lower goes to the lower port.

BUT, when I replaced the lines, now the 3 ph won't raise unless I go to the FEL joystick and hit the roll back position. THEN, immediately the 3 ph raises.

So do I have an air lock or a routing problem?

BTW, no fence posts in the ground yesterday!!

I have an M4900 with LA1002 loader and I have the manuals. Are you speaking of the lines that run from the pump to the bottom of the control assy? I can scan in the directions and send them to you tomorrow if that will help. PM me with your email address. Sounds like you may have an air problem though. How much fluid did you lose?

Thanks so much for the offer! But I have my problem solved.

It turns out that two of the three lines were crossed.

Looks like maybe I'll get to put some holes in the ground next weekend, as this week it's back to the office.

I could sure use the service manual.
My LA1002 seems to have a blockage.
The pressure relief is squealing, and all functions are very slow.
I'd sure like to know how the thing is built before I start in.
