LX288 Safety Info

I have an LX288 with a snow blower, and an attitude. Have bypassed seat switch, brake switch and hot wired PTO clutch. How many more safeties does this POS have? Just replaced the PTO switch it worked once and snuffed. I cleaned all the grounds at the block below the oil filter. Does anybody have any thoughts on what next? A scan of the schematic would possibly help this situation, if anybody has one, the folks at JD don't seem to want to help with any of these older products.

What are you trying to say? That the LX288 still does not run? Or ??

Thnx for the reply, it does run and move about, as long as I don't pull the PTO on. If it is pulled everything quits. As it is now, starts, runs moves about. A toggle switch to the clutch activates the blower OK.
This is not my machine and would like to get a safety or 2 operational.

You could be dealing with a couple of things here. Yes, the safeties do travel through the PTO switch. By the switch working once though, it could be possible that either there is a funky terminal at the PTO connector or that the clutch is over budget on draw thus damaging the switch as well.
