On a zg222 it looks really difficult to change this brake safety switch. Anybody have any tips? Thanks in advance

Yeah, I’ve tackled that on a ZG222, trick is to remove the seat and rear fender for better access, then use a stubby screwdriver to reach the tight mounting screws. Patience and good lighting make all the difference!

Thank you Kestrelrogers. I gave up. I left it where it was, cut the two wires and bought another limit switch. I mounted it where it would work from the thing that hit the other one. I works good. It has to be released or the mower will go dead.

I defeat all those switches, A paper clip is your best friend.
This one cannot be defeated. Has to close to start the engine the open to continue running.

My JD tractor seats now has 3 wires & can’t be tricked like the old 2 wire safety switches

My KTM kickstand switch is the same 3 wire setup too.
