First post - just found your forum!
When I bought my small acreage west of Calgary, Alberta, an LX 178 garden tractor with a 38" mower came with it.
We don't get too much snow out here but enough that a little snow clearing is needed.
I've got about a 50yd driveway and a clearing in front of the house and garage.
Here's the question:
Is it worth buying a new or used snow blade (38" / 42"?)for this little tractor or would I be wasting my time?
Can it handle 6" to 8" of snow or should I foreget it?
(I have a walk behind snow thrower, but I don't like it!)
